3D printed objects may have small parts and sharp edges. Keep out of reach of children and pets unless the product is specifically marketed as safe for them. We accept no liability for misuse, modifications, or damages caused by improper handling.

All product designs, images, and text on this site are the property of Dersan or licensed third parties. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dersan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or information provided on this website.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order 3D printed items may require additional production time, which will be specified on the product page.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time within Denmark: 1–4 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing).

3. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times.
