REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dersan. If something is not right, please review the following policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised 3D printed products made specifically to your request.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@abrgroup.dk within the withdrawal period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@abrgroup.dk.
