Creating a Dersan account is completely free of charge.
To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide a valid email address.

• Accept these Terms and Conditions.

After registering, you will receive a verification email. Your account will be activated once your email address has been verified.
Your Dersan account allows you to:

• View your previous orders.

• Save and manage your delivery addresses.

• Update your personal information.

• Change your password.

• Enjoy a faster checkout experience.

Subscribing to the Dersan newsletter is entirely optional. If you choose to subscribe, you will receive inspiration, seasonal collections, product news and special offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Each customer may only maintain one personal Dersan account.
Dersan does not operate a loyalty programme, points system or membership rewards. Creating an account does not entitle you to discounts, bonus points or other membership benefits unless explicitly stated by Dersan.
Your account is personal and may not be shared, transferred or used by another person.
Dersan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that multiple accounts have been created by the same individual, false information has been provided, or the account has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Closing Your Account

We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
General
Dersan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by updating these Terms and Conditions on our website and, where appropriate, notify registered customers by email.
Your use of a Dersan account is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other applicable policies published on our website.
