These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Dersan (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly for handmade and 3D printed items. All sizes are approximate.

4. Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Orders are accepted subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT (25%).

  • Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

  • We accept cart, Mobile Pay, Paypal.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom 3D printed items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dersan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use or modifications to our products.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of Dersan or licensed third parties. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

12. Changes to the Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
